Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to many restaurants and the Zocalo, making it super convenient. The rooms were very quiet, but some spots could be a bit noisy. The service was gracious and helpful, with staff going the extra mile to make our stay special. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, but overall, the hotel offered good value for money.
The hotel had an unexpected jacuzzi tub in the room, but it was quite noisy due to thin windows and smaller than expected. However, the service was outstanding with a wonderful breakfast menu, very responsive and sweet staff. The location was perfect for Dia De Los Muertos activities, very convenient, and close to the zócalo. The dining experience was lovely, though slightly pricey for the area.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely designed, though the lack of a view was a downside. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and within walking distance of the historic center. The dining experience was varied, but some may find it monotonous. Overall, a great value for the money.
